Refund Policy

Our goal is straightforward: if the engagement isn't the right fit, you have a 7-day window to walk away with a full refund. This policy explains how it works.

1. Summary

In short:

  • Full refund within 7 days of your engagement start, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days, no refunds are available — at that point you already have access to all of our digital materials, SOPs, and proprietary resources.
  • Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method.

2. The 7-Day Full Refund Window

Your engagement officially starts on the date of your first scheduled coaching call (the Week 1 roadmap session). For seven calendar days following that date, you may request a full refund of all amounts paid, for any reason or no reason at all.

To request a full refund within the 7-day window, email hello@pearlmodels.agency with the subject line "Refund request." We will confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within 5 business days.

3. After the 7-Day Window — No Refunds

Once the 7-day window has passed, the engagement is non-refundable. By that point, you've been granted access to our full library of digital files, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and proprietary frameworks — materials that cannot be "returned" once delivered.

For installment clients (3 × €1,000 monthly), all scheduled installments remain due in full after the 7-day window closes.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@pearlmodels.agency within the 7-day window with:

  • The subject line "Refund request"
  • The reason for the request (helpful for our records, but not required)
  • The email address used at booking

We respond within one business day and process valid refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.

5. Exceptions

The 7-day refund right does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Where you've materially breached the engagement agreement (e.g., redistributed our proprietary materials, harassed Pearl Agency or its representatives, or engaged in fraudulent activity)
  • Where the engagement has been fully completed and the final closeout session has been delivered within the 7-day window

Outside of these exceptions, we honor the 7-day refund policy in good faith.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a refund concern, please contact us directly first. We resolve most situations within a few days, and we'd rather refund you (where the policy applies) than dispute the issue.

Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer without first contacting us is not the recommended path: it triggers an automated dispute process that takes longer, costs both sides money, and is recorded on Stripe's risk system. We always prefer to handle the matter directly. If a chargeback is initiated, we will respond with documentation of the services provided and the applicable refund policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to engagements that begin after the date of the update; existing engagements continue under the policy in effect at the time they started.
